Have you ever laid awake at night with your brain running on fast-forward?  Or maybe you pace the floor when you’re worried?  Or drive to work but you don’t really recall the drive because your mind was so consumed with doubts about your son? 

I have even simply sat on the couch with so many things running through my head that I can’t even pinpoint what it is that’s bothering me except an overall feeling of doom-and-gloom because of the things my son is doing (or not doing).  As various scenarios race through my mind, I know there’s something I should be doing to make it stop (so I can actually do something about my problem); but when I’m stuck in the confusion and chaos of it all, the only answer seems to be, “Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, Kelly, and somehow this will all stop… eventually… hopefully.”

But… what if you don’t have to keep waiting for this all to stop?  (You don’t.)  What if you can start feeling some peace and confidence sooner rather than later?  (You can.)  What if your life ~ right now ~ could be so much more than just going through the motions?  (It totally can!)
